CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (3 lb.) fryer, boned, cooked and diced
3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and shredded
3/4 c. diced dill or sweet pickles (your preference)
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. red onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together well and chill. Great in sandwiches or salads.
