YELLOW POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 pkg. yellow or lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant coconut or vanilla pudding mix
1/4 c. dry poppy seed
1 c. oil
1 c. hot water
4 eggs

Combine ingredients and heat well for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans or bundt pan. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
