RHUBARB DREAM BARS 
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar

FILLING:

4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
4 c. diced rhubarb

Crust Directions: Combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press onto bottom of 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Filling: Blend eggs, sugar, flour and salt until smooth. Fold in rhubarb and spread on the crust. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees or until browned.
