2 cans fruit cocktail, drained
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sm. colored marshmallows
3 tbsp. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and let stand in refrigerator a few hours before serving.
