KING RANCH CHICKEN 
3-4 chicken breasts, boiled and boned
1 dozen flour tortillas
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. cheddar cheese, grated
5 oz. can tomatoes
1/2 can Ro-Tel

Line bottom and sides of casserole pan (greased) with layer of tortillas. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons chicken stock. Make a layer with 1 can of undiluted cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 of the chicken, and 1/2 of the other ingredients (in order). Cover with tortillas and repeat with top layer with Ro-Tel and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
