1 lb. total of 3 different kinds of pasta 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated 32 oz. spaghetti sauce 1 lg. pepper, chopped 1 stick pepperoni, sliced 1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped Saute onions and peppers in butter. Fry ground beef. Add peppers, onions, ground beef, pepperoni and mushrooms to sauce and heat for 30 minutes. Cook pasta according to directions. Mix together sauce and pasta. Put 1/2 of mixture into a large casserole; cover with 1/2 of cheese. Add remaining pasta and cover with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until the cheese melts. |
