GRAPE JELLY 
2 c. grape juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. powdered fruit pectin (1 3/4 oz.)

Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart batter bowl and microwave 15-18 minutes on High, or until jelly leaves a coating on a spoon dipped into the mixture. It will thicken more as it cools. Pour into glasses. Cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator. Jars can be sterilized in the normal manner and filled with hot jelly and sealed. Makes 2 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
