ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger (browned and drained)
Approximately 5 to 6 medium zucchinis sliced
1/4 cup Bisquick
2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 egg beaten
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup Bisquick

Layer 1/2 of the sliced zucchini in 9 X 13-inch pan. Put 1/2 of the browned hamburger on top. Repeat with remaining zucchini and hamburger. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Bisquick on top. Pour 2 cups spaghetti sauce on top. Mix together 1 beaten egg to 1 cup cottage cheese. Stir in 1 cup Bisquick. Pour mixture into pan and cover top.

Bake 350°F for 30 minutes.
