STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix thoroughly and press into bottom and sides of 8 inch pie plate.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Mix well and add one at a time:

2 lg. eggs, slightly beaten

Beat well until smooth. A wooden spoon works well for mixing this filling. Pour cream cheese mixture into graham cracker crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes.

1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Spread on baked pie. Chill for several hours. Top each serving with sliced fresh strawberries sweetened to taste.
