VERY BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 baked pie shell (10 inch)
1/4 c. cold water
5 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, divided
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

Make a smooth paste by mixing the flour, water and salt. In saucepan bring 1 cup berries, sugar and water to a boil. Add flour paste and stir until thickened. Let cool. Add rest of berries to thickened mixture. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate. When cold you may garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
