HAMBURGER POTATO PUFFS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce with cheese
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
4 servings mashed potatoes

Brown beef, onion, green pepper and garlic in skillet. Pour off excess fat. Add seasonings and 1/2 can tomato sauce with cheese. Simmer 5 minutes. Add parsley to mashed potatoes; place spoonfuls around edge of skillet on beef mixture. Pour on remaining tomato sauce with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until potato puffs are lightly browned. 4 servings.
