GREEN CHILI 
2 (lg.) cans green chilies, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
Garlic salt, to taste
Oregano, to taste
1 sm. can jalapeno peppers (chopped)
2 lbs. pork
2 (15 oz.) cans tomatoes (drained and cut up)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut pork into bite size pieces, fry in oil until done, then add chopped onions. Cook until onions are tender. Add chopped green chilies and cut up tomatoes. Add jalapenos to taste (1/2 can to start) also some of the tomato juice (too much will make chili turn red!). Add water and flour to thicken. Add seasonings to taste. Let cook on low for a couple of hours and serve.
