3 oz. nut-like cereal (Grapenuts)
2 c. sugar-less ice cream (vanilla or chocolate)
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 c. whipped topping (Desserta)
4 serving size sugar-less instant pudding mix (chocolate or butterscotch)

Combine all ingredients except cereal with electric mixer. Stir in cereal and put in 8 inch pan and freeze.
