CHALUPA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 pkg. Jimenez corn tortillas
10 oz. cheddar cheese, grated

Brown meat; drain off fat. Add milk, tomato sauce and chili powder. Remove from heat. Make three layers in 10 x 13 inch pan. First layer tortillas, do not over lap, second layer 1/2 meat sauce and third layer is 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
