ASPARAGUS SALAD 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
2 envelopes plain gelatin
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
14 oz. can cut asparagus, including juice
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Bit of grated onion

Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup hot water. Add to first 4 ingredients. Set aside to cool. Then add the remaining ingredients and set in refrigerator.
