EASY CARROT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Combine cake mix, salad dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon. Mix until blended. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool. Frost with 16 ounce tub of vanilla Ready-to-Spread frosting.
