EASY MEATLOAF 
1 1/4 lbs. lean hamburg
1 egg
1 can condensed chicken and rice soup (use only about 3/4 and no water)
1 sm. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. ground clove
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed parsley flakes
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix by hand the above ingredients and add enough seasoned bread crumbs to make it the proper consistency. Put into a 9 x 12 inch Pyrex dish. Cover top of loaf with 1 (8 oz.) can of tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
