BRAN MUFFINS 
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. raisins
10 oz. box Raisin Bran cereal
3 c. sugar
1 qt. buttermilk
4 eggs
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix all together in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Fill paper lined muffin pan 1/2 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
