PORK TENDERLOIN BAKE 
3 lb. pork tenderloin
2/3 c. soy sauce
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. finely chopped candied ginger

Place pork tenderloin in glass dish. Mix rest of ingredients for marinade. Pour over meat. Marinate for 6 to 8 hours or overnight; turn occasionally.

Remove meat from marinade.

Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes. Boil marinade for 3 to 5 minutes. Slice meat and serve with hot marinade.

Serves 6 to 8.
