TOM'S WHOLE WHEAT WAFFLES 
2 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. white flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted bacon fat or vegetable oil

Combine milk and lemon juice, add eggs and beat slightly. Add flour, baking powder, soda and salt; mix well. Add bacon fat (or oil), mix. Bake until done.
