SEAFOOD MONICA 
1 stick butter
1 lb. peeled shrimp, crabmeat or crawfish tails
3 shallots, chopped
2 or 3 cartons whip cream
1 lb. cooked pasta - shells or angel hair
Zataran seasoning to taste, or Paul Prudhomme's seafood magic (1 tbsp.)
1 tbsp. paprika
Salt to taste

Saute shallots in butter; add seafood and seasonings and cook for about 5 minutes. Add whipping cream; stir well and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add cooked pasta; toss and stir until pasta is warm throughout (approximately 2 minutes). Serve immediately.
