GREEK LEMON CHICKEN 
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. lemon juice (fresh)
3/4 c. water
3 lb. skinned chicken
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. all purpose flour

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well, add chicken, cover and chill for 8 hours. Remove chicken from marinade. Place chicken in bag that has flour and shake to cover pieces. Heat oil in a skillet. Add chicken and brown. Drain on paper towel. Place chicken in an 8 x 10 inch baking dish. Pour marinade over chicken. Cover and baked at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until tender. To serve add parsley and lemon slices and serve with rice or noodles.
