DEEP-FRIED CAULIFLOWER 
1 cauliflower
4 eggs
3 sm. onions
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Cooking oil

Wash the cauliflower and separate into florets. Put them in saucepan and cover with water. Bring them to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Then, drain the water and chop each floret into very small pieces. Break eggs into bowl and beat. Peel onions and chop into small pieces. Mix cauliflower, onion, flour, salt, and pepper with eggs. Shape into balls. Fill a deep fryer or skillet with coking oil and heat until hot. Drop cauliflower mixture, a ball at a time from a spoon into hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Makes about 25 cauliflower balls.
