PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. each: cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco oil
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 c. solid packed pumpkin
3 eggs
1 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts), chopped
1 c. raisins

Mix flour, baking powder, soda, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt together in a large bowl. Set aside. Then in a large bowl, mix together oil, sugars, pumpkin and eggs. Then add flour mixture, mixing well. Add nuts and raisins.

Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350°F in metal pans or 325°F in glass pans for 1 hour, covering with foil for the last 20 minutes so it won't get too brown.

Can eat plain or make a glaze and pour over top of bread.

Glaze:

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. orange juice

Mix until smooth and spread on top.
