NEW POTATOES IN CREAM 
12 sm. new potatoes
1 bunch scallions
1 c. cream
1 c. milk
Flour
1 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper
Chopped fresh dill or parsley

Scrub potatoes and scallions. Cut potatoes in quarters and scallions in 1 inch pieces. Put them in a saucepan and dust with flour. Add the milk and cream, butter, salt and white pepper. Cook covered over slow heat for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally until done. Sprinkle generously with dill or parsley.
