HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken parts
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Remove skin and all visible fat from chicken parts. Place in baking dish. Combine honey and mustard in small dish. Pour over chicken and turn pieces of meat side down. Bake 25 minutes. Turn chicken and bake 15 to 20 minutes until meat is tender and pieces run yellow (not pink) when pricked with a fork.
