EGG CHEESE SOUFFLE 
6 eggs
1 c. milk
6 to 7 slices thick bread
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. sausage, cut up

Break up bread and layer in 13 x 9 inch pan with cheese and sausage. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over bread and let stand 8 hours. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
