SPAETZLE 
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt

In a bowl, mix all ingredients well. Turn dough out onto a cutting board. Meanwhile, heat 4 quarts of water to boil. Reduce heat to medium. With a knife, cut off small pieces of dough, about 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon in size; they will increase in size while cooking. Drop directly into boiling water. Stir water gently so Spaetzle do not stick together. Boil 5 minutes or until tender but firm (al dente); drain. Serve with Chicken Paprika.
