2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Crisco or butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or any flavoring
Add nuts or chopped fruit

Cook flour and milk to thick paste and cool. Put in electric beater and beat 10 minutes. Spread on cake and sprinkle with coconut.
