ORANGE CHICKEN FROM CUBA 
3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. orange juice
1 lime

Measure salt, pepper and garlic salt into a small bowl. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken pieces with this mixture. Measure the orange juice. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into the orange juice. Place the chicken pieces in a baking pan and pour the orange-lime juice over the chicken.

Marinate the chicken in the juice for 1 hour and then turn the pieces and marinate for another hour. Remove the chicken from the pan. Pour the juice off into a measuring cup. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and put the chicken in a pan with 1/2 cup of juice. Bake for 30 minutes, then baste with the cup of additional juice. Bake 30 minutes longer.
