MILK TART 
1 pt. milk
4 tbsp. sugar
4 eggs
3 tbsp. corn flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Separate eggs. Beat whites until stiff. Add a little milk to yolks; beat well and add corn flour. Put rest of milk in pan with butter and stick of cinnamon, sugar and salt. Boil until thickened and remove from stove. Remove stick of cinnamon and then add egg yolk mixture, return to stove and bring to boil and cook until thick. Cool - beat egg white until stiff. Fold in whites and fill pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
