CHINESE SALAD 
Shred 1 medium heat of cabbage (or 1 lb. shredded cabbage).

1 c. chopped green onions (1 bunch)
Chicken breast, cooked & cut into pieces (may also use 8-12 oz. can chicken or turkey, lobster or tuna)
1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 c. toasted sliced almonds
1 pkg. Oriental flavor Ramen noodles, uncooked

Mix above ingredients together.

DRESSING:

1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
Flavor pkgs. from the noodles

Toss the dressing with other ingredients. Let set before serving.
