BLUEBERRY PIE 
Baked pie shell
2 c. blueberries
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 sm. box blackberry Jello

Pour 2 cups washed and drained berries into shell. Boil 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar until dissolved. Mix 4 tablespoons cornstarch with 2 tablespoons tap water to form a thin mixture, then add slowly to dissolved sugar and water, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat and add 1/2 small box blackberry Jello. Pour over berries. Chill and serve. Makes 1 pie.
