CREOLE GUMBO 
4 c. seasoned chicken broth
1 tbsp. thyme
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. onion powder
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp (deveined)
1 pt. oysters
1 1/2 c. crab meat
1 c. chopped chicken
1 box cut frozen okra
1 tbsp. salt
Red and black pepper to taste

Boil chicken, reserve stock (add to original stock or store in freezer for when needed). Add to this all the ingredients mentioned above, bring to boil. add okra, cook eight to ten minutes, remove from heat, let stand overnight. Heat, serve with boiled rice. If prepared before time for using, may be stored in freezer.
