TACO SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. browned, ground beef
1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, drained
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. heated creamy French dressing
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. head lettuce, shredded
1/2 pkg. (1 lb.) Fritos or corn chips
3 fresh tomatoes, chopped

Brown beef and mix with next 4 ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Layer beef mixture and remaining ingredients. Top with French dressing and serve immediately. Serves 4-6.
