TACO BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. shred cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 sm. tomato, chopped

Brown ground beef; drain and add taco seasoning. Set aside. Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms. Pat into 9 x 9 inch greased pan, pressing dough up the sides. Mix sour cream, salad dressing and cheese.

Layer beef, green peppers, onions and tomatoes in pan. Spoon sour cream mixture over top. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees until lightly brown.
