HOT PEPPERS IN TOMATO SAUCE 
2 gallons mixed peppers
2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce or ketchup

Get oil hot, add peppers and heat until they change color. Heat oil in separate pan. Add to peppers. Heat ketchup separately and add to peppers. Cook 10 to 15 minutes and put in jars and seal.
