SPRING SALAD 
1 stalk celery
1 green pepper
1 med. onion
2 sm. jars pimentos
1 can French style string beans
1 can peas
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 tbsp. water

Dice all vegetables. Add mixed sugar, vinegar, oil and water; stir. Mix together with the vegetables and marinate overnight.
