ST. PAUL'S RICE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. instant chicken noodle soup mix
1 c. uncooked rice
4 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Chopped parsley

Or 1/2 extra lean hamburger and 1/2 sausage.

Cook meat and drain. Place in baking dish. In same pan, saute onion, pepper and celery. Mix soup in water. Add rice, soup and water to onion, pepper and celery. Cook for 7 minutes. Mix all ingredients in 13"x9" baking dish. Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 60 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
