CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix (baked as directed)
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
9-10 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 c. sweet chopped pickles
Mixed:
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sweet pickle juice

Put half of cornbread crumbled in a 9 x 13 inch dish then 1/2 of tomatoes, peppers, onions and bacon and pickles. Repeat with cornbread and rest of vegetable mix. Spread mayonnaise and pickle juice mixed on top.
