SPICY SHORT RIBS 
8 strips country style pork ribs
3 cloves garlic, minced
14 oz. drained canned peaches or 3/4 lb. apricot jam
1/2 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate 1-2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours covered; uncover and bake 1/2 hour more basting occasionally; freezes well.

Crockpot: Cook 6 hours on high; baste and rearrange occasionally.
