DILLY BREAD 
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. instant minced onions
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. cottage cheese, heated lukewarm
1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour, plain

Mix together all ingredients except flour. Stir in flour gradually. Cover and let rise until double in bulk. Knead and put in well- greased pans. Let rise in warm place until light, 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 50 minutes. Brush with soft butter. Recipe will make 1 large or 2 small loaves.
