HAMBURGER QUICHE | |
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs, lightly beaten 2 tbsp. instant onion 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper Dash of bottled red pepper sauce 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained 3/4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded Prick bottom and sides of pie shell with fork. Bake at 450 degrees 12 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and remove from pan with slotted spoon, set aside. Mix soup, milk, eggs, spices and red pepper sauce; add meat, mushrooms and cheese. Pour into pie shell. Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. |
