BROCCOLI & CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 block med. Velveeta cheese
1 can Campbells cream of celery soup
1 - 2 c. whole milk
1 bunch fresh broccoli or use frozen
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Cook broccoli. In large Dutch oven, add can of celery soup. Cut cheese in small pieces. Gradually add cheese, then add milk. Cook on very low heat to prevent scorching. Add broccoli which is cut into small pieces. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy! with French bread.
