YEAST PAN ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil or melted lard
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 unbeaten egg
4 c. flour

Dissolve yeast and water. Mix into yeast mixture the sugar, 1 cup water, oil, salt, egg, and flour. Mix well. Let rise until doubled. Make into rolls. Let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
