DOROTHY'S PRIZE PEACH PIE 
1 1/2 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
3/4 c. sugar
4 c. sliced peaches
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (9") unbaked pie shell

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. soft butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix tapioca, sugar, peaches, and lemon juice. Pour into unbaked pie shell. For topping, cut butter into flour and sugar. Add pecans. Sprinkle over peach mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
