1 lb. spinach, washed & drained
1 head bibb lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 large can mandarin oranges

Saute almonds and sugar until lightly browned. Mix and toss with rest of ingredients and top with dressing.

Poppy Seed Dressing:

1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
1 c. salad oil
