ZUCCHINI MARMALADE | |
6-7 c. chopped zucchini 6-7 c. sugar 2 thinly sliced lemons 1 pkg. Sure Jell 2 oz. thinly sliced ginger Cook lemons in 1/2 cup water for about 5 minutes. Add other ingredients and cook until zucchini is nearly clear. Put in sterilized jars and seal with paraffin. |
