BAKED SCALLOPS 
1 pt. scallops
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
2/3 c. skim milk
1/4 c. plain yogurt

Mix crumbs and butter. Add milk, yogurt and scallops. Pour in a single layer in glass 8"x11" greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
