BANANA CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pineapple, not drained
2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. mashed bananas

No mixer. Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Add eggs and oil. Stir until just moistened. Stir in vanilla and pineapple, bananas and nuts. Stir good. Pour in three 9 inch pans or one 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
Vanilla

Beat until light and fluffy. Spread on cake.
